1. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices in the web shop is shown in Norwegian Krone, Euro or US Dollar.
The Norwegian web shop show all prices including 25% Valua Added Tax.
The English web shop show all prices without Norwegian VAT. The delivery address provided at checkout will control if th eorder is quoted with or without VAT. A delivery address in Norway will include VAT, export to all other countries will be quoted without VAT
We provide two means of payment in our web shop:
1: Klarna Checkout with credit card payment as well as other services in certain countries.
2: Paypal: Credit card payment without registration or normal Paypal registration payment.
Payment terms is found at checkout and on the payment vendor´s web pages.
Delivery options within Norway is by Posten/Bring, packet or unregistered letter. (under 2 kg). Normal delivery time within Norway is 2-3 days.
Due to the Corona exceptions in mail systems worldwide, mail delivery times are exeptionally long and unreliable. We have seen 10-12 weeks of delivery time to recipients in the US. We therefore do not offer unregistered letter as shipping method any more, even for small orders.
All deliveries are by DHL Express, and normal delivery time is 2-4 days worldwide. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout. We normally send out orders within 3 days after we receive them.
Any shipment damages must be reported to the freighter at your location. We do not substitute freight damaged products without a prior local freight damage report. Thsi must be done immediately after receival of the goods.
If a shipment is not accepted or has failed delivery, and is returned to us, we have a handling and return shipping fee of up to NOK 500,-

We offer return for refund s within 14 days after receival of the order.
Product returns must be done in the original packaging. Shipping costs for returns is covered by the customer. .
4. PRODUCT COMPLAINTS
Contact us by email or phone prior to any return of products to us. If the product is defective we will exchange it without any cost. We may demand return of the defective item if the fault needs inspection before a refund or exchange can be done. Product complaints must be done immediately after receival of the product, and not later than 3 months after purchase.
